Born somewhere between dial-up tones and the dawn of Instagram, I’m a proud millennial—part of the caffeine-fueled, side-hustling, emotionally self-aware generation that somehow still gets blamed for killing... just about everything.

We’re not lazy, we’re evolving. We want meaning in our work, authenticity in our lives, and the occasional oat milk latte that costs more than our 401(k) contribution. We grew up watching the world digitize (and implode) in real time, and now we’re just trying to balance being socially conscious, semi-burned out, maybe a little too into memes, and perpetually behind the curve. And no, we are not Gen Z — I don’t even pretend to be into TikTok anymore.

This site is where I spill the tea: personal stories, social observations, hot takes, travel reviews, parenting chaos, occasional wine-fueled musings, and general commentary from a life lived as a millennial.

Thanks for being here!

xoxo
A Millennial

A woman and a young child kneeling on the ground in a garden surrounded by colorful tulips. The woman is smiling and holding a bouquet of tulips, while the child is wearing a blue hat and clothes, sitting on the dirt. There are flower beds and a fence in the background.
A scuba diver underwater near a coral reef and a fish.
Two people holding bottles of New Glarus Moon Man beer in a grassy field with rolling hills, trees, and a partly cloudy blue sky in the background.
Woman smiling in a natural hot spring with rocks and a lake, green hills and cloudy sky in the background.
A man and a young boy, both dressed in swimwear, by a swimming pool with water fountains and lush green tropical plants in the background.
A woman with long blonde hair, wearing sunglasses, a Reebok sleeveless shirt, black leggings, and red sneakers, stands beside a large rock on a hiking trail. She is holding a blue water bottle and smiling with a mountainous, cloudy landscape in the background.
